WHAT WE MAKE · EMPLOYEE STORIES
ONE PERSON. ONE TRUE STORY.
An employee story is a short documentary about one person and the job they do, told in their own words. Three to five minutes, shot where the work happens: the plant floor, the truck, the field, the control room. No talking points. Companies use them for recruiting, for culture, and for reminding the people already there why they came. We've made them for Exelon, KONE, Constellation and Amazon, one person at a time.
WHO IT'S FOR
For the companies that are mostly frontline.
If most of your workforce never sees the inside of headquarters, your best stories are not in the boardroom. Employee stories work for utilities, manufacturers, contractors, food companies and logistics operations: anywhere the people doing the work are the reason the company works. They land with candidates, with current employees, and with customers who never see what it takes.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
01 Finding the right people
We spend time on site before we roll, so the person on camera is the one everyone already talks about.
02 Interview and observational shoot
One or two days per story, a small crew, real shifts. We fit around the work; the work does not stop for us.
03 Edit, color, sound and mix
The same team that shot it cuts it.
04 Cutdowns and stills
Social versions, a recruiting-page cut, a town-hall cut, and photography from the same day.
05 Series planning
One story or twelve, we build the arc so each one stands alone and the set adds up.
QUESTIONS
Things people ask us.
Three to five minutes is the sweet spot for a single story. Long enough to earn trust, short enough to watch on a phone. Every story also comes with shorter cuts for social and internal channels.
No. We're not looking for a performance. We ask real questions, we listen, and we keep rolling. The people who are nervous at minute one are usually the best at minute twenty.
Three is a good first series. It's enough to show range without stretching the budget, and it tells you what the next three should be.
