THE STORY

Agriculture runs on relationships. Behind every harvest is a quiet partnership — the grower who knows their fields better than anyone, and the ag advisor who shows up season after season to help them get more from the ground. Nutrien Ag Solutions wanted to capture that relationship honestly: not a product, not a pitch, but the genuine trust between their people and the farmers they serve. The idea was in the name from the start. Everybody in this story grows together, or nobody grows at all.

THE APPROACH

We set out to build a library rooted in the real thing — the handshakes, the field walks, the early light on the crops, the conversations that happen leaning on a truck bed. We captured both photo and video across the work, giving Nutrien a deep well of authentic imagery to draw from well beyond a single campaign. No staged perfection, no stock-photo smiles. Just the actual texture of the relationship: people who know each other, working the same problem, invested in the same outcome. We handled it end to end, from the shoot through post and delivery.

THE IMPACT

The result is a body of work Nutrien can use for years — imagery that feels like the real relationship because it is one. In an industry where trust is everything and it's earned slowly, that authenticity is the whole point. You can't fake the ease between two people who've spent seasons in the same fields. We just made sure the camera was there to catch it.
