Born from the Ashes
A recruitment film for F.H. Paschen's expansion into Atlanta — built to show a new city who they are, and to draw the people who take pride in the craft.
THE STORY
F.H. Paschen has been building Chicago for over a century. When they moved into Atlanta, they didn't need a press release — they needed to introduce themselves to a new city and attract the kind of people who care about the work. There's a fitting symmetry to it: Atlanta is a city that rebuilt itself from the ground up, and F.H. Paschen came to help build what's next. The brief was simple and it was the right one — make a film that feels like the company itself. Anthemic, grounded, real.
THE APPROACH
We traveled to Atlanta and embedded with the crews on active jobsites. No scripts, no staged handshakes. We captured the actual rhythm of the work — hard hats, heavy iron, early mornings, and the specific pride that comes from building something that will outlast you. More than a decade alongside F.H. Paschen means we already knew where those moments live; we just had to be there when they happened. Our team handled creative strategy, multi-day on-location production, and full post — edit, color, sound design, and delivery. The result feels real because it is. You feel the heat, the scale, and the camaraderie.
THE IMPACT
The film anchors F.H. Paschen's recruitment across the Southeast — positioning them as a builder worth joining in a market where construction talent is hard to find and harder to keep. In a city full of companies hiring, it does the one thing a job listing never can: it makes you want to be part of the work.
